 *   FY 2008 and FY 2007 Funding Status.  Wave 26 for FY 2008 will be released on October 7th.  Wave 67 for FY 2007 will be released on October 8th.
 *   SLD Fall E-Rate Training: Part 3 — State Master Contracts.  This year’s SLD training provides additional guidance and interpretations on E-rate procurement rules concerning the use of state master contracts.  Distinctions are made between single winner, multiple winner, and multi-award schedule contracts — the latter being the most problematic.  Applicants can often avoid these problems, while leveraging state contracts, by signing their own contracts.
