 *   FY 2008 – FY 2010 Funding Status.   FY 2009 Wave 31 will be released on Tuesday and will include Priority 2 funding at 80% and above.  FY 2008 Wave 75 will be released on Wednesday.  The application window for FY 2010 is open and will close February 11, 2010.
 *   Invoicing and Funds Disbursements – Part 2.  The second in this series discusses both correct and incorrect cases in which the utilization of awarded funding is either 0% or 100%.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The SLD has released the first Form 471 RALs for FY 2010.  Last Friday was the deadline for submitting comments on the FCC’s broadband and E-rate inquiry.  The first batch of invoice deadline extensions for FY 2008 recurring services was released last week.
 *   Schools and Libraries News brief dated December 11th – Entity Numbers (2).  Last week’s News Brief, also the second in a series, discusses different types of special entities including new guidance on single schools operating from multiple sites.
