 *   FY 2008 – FY 2010 Funding Status.   FY 2008 Wave 76 will be released on Monday.  FY 2009 Wave 34 will be released on Wednesday, again including Priority 2 funding at 80% and above. The application window for FY 2010 is open and will close February 11, 2010.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Form 470 “bids” from companies acting as “agents” for multiple carriers need not require applicant responses.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated December 23rd – Form 471 Reminders.  Last week’s News Brief provides a number of reminders regarding the FY 2010 application cycle.
