 *   FY 2009 Funding Status.  Wave 20 for FY 2009 and Wave 67 for FY 2008 will be released this week. Funding will include Priority 2 awards at 85% and 88% and above, respectively.
 *   SLD Computer System Upgrade Status.  The interactive portions of the SLD will be out-of-service for the duration of the SLD’s computer system upgraded, targeted to be completed by September 14.  In the interim, the E-Rate Central Web site now includes informational resources on Form 470 postings for FY 2010 and historic Form 471 funding data for all years through FY 2009.
 *   Major Change in Application Review Procedures.  The SLD recently revised its application review procedures to reverse a previous interpretation of the FCC’s Bishop Perry Order permitting FRN corrections increasing funding during PIA.  Such changes can now be made only during the initial RAL correction period.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The SLD has provided updated registration and hotel information on its eight training sessions planned for this fall.
