 *   Funding Status.  Wave 15 for FY 2010 will be released this week.  No funding for FY 2009 is scheduled.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The SLD has released additional information on the new Payment Quality Assurance ("PQA") Program.  The service provider deadline for updating SPIN information for electronic payments in August 31.  The target date for any FCC E-rate changes affecting FY 2011 is September 23.  Six of the SLD's fall training workshops are still open for enrollment.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated August 27.  This News Brief is Part 1 of a series discussing the need for filing service substitution requests for any changes to be made in products or services approved for funding.
