 *   Funding Status.  Wave 28 for FY 2010 and Wave 75 for FY 2009 will be released this week.
 *   New FCC Form 470 and Form 471.  The revised versions of Form 470 and Form 471 will be available by January 11, 2011.  The new Form 470 is simpler than the old version, but the old one can still used until the new version is implemented online.  The new Form 471 requires Item 21 attachments to be filed within the window.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The New E-rate rules become effective January 3, 2011.  Applications for the EDU2011 pilot wireless Internet access program are due December 17, 2010.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated December 3.  This week's News Brief discusses ways to avoid pitfalls in the procurement and application process, including new guidance for consultants.
