[Erate] Unprecedented...

As many of you may have already seen, this order not only funds 80%, but in fact funds ALL discount bands for P2 for 2010. To my knowledge this has never happened retroactively like this before.

Those of you that were below 80% and had already received a denial letter should expect to be contacted by USAC in order to get your applications "undenied" and funded. You should prepare for this by gathering your documentation of the purchases you made against that application.

This may be a frustrating development for some of you that did not make the P2 purchases because your application was denied for being below the funding threshold. If this is the case for you, take heart. Remember that the FCDL date is the date that starts many of the deadline clocks ticking, so you may still have a chance to make the purchases if your budget allows.
