 *   Funding Status.  Wave 59 for FY 2010 and Wave 6 for FY 2011 are scheduled for this week.
 *   Limited Comments Received on ESL for FY 2012.  Only a handful of comments were received in response to the FCC's release of the proposed ESL.
 *   Denials for Missing Item 21 Attachments.  A number of PIA letters regarding missing Item 21 attachments, and some actual denials in Wave 5, were processed in error.  The SLD is reaching out to affected applicants to correct the problems.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  All but two of the SLD's fall training sessions are now available only on a waiting list basis.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated July 5\22.  Last week's News Brief discusses the process for filing USAC and FCC appeals.
