 *   FY 2011 Form 471 Application Window Closed — Next Steps.  Check application status, submit Item 21 Attachments (if necessary), and monitor RALs.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  All 20 EDU2011 pilot program participants filed applications totaling $9.3 million.  USDA has requested comments on a new direct certification study.  The FCC granted six appeals for incorrect Form 486 service start dates.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Briefs dated March 24 and 25.  Three recent News Briefs contained last minute tips and discussed next steps.
