 *   Funding Status.  The first funding wave for FY 2011 should be released early this month.  Wave 49 for FY 2010 and Wave 85 for FY 2009 will be released this week.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Training material for May’s SLD workshops, designed primarily for service providers, are available online.  Responses to the SLD’s Form 471 reminder letters, if required are due May 17th.  Fraud allegations have been made against a technology consultant for New York City.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated April 29.  Last week’s News Brief focuses primarily on PIA review of eligible services.
