 *   Funding Status.  Wave 14 for FY 2011, wave 67 for FY 2010 (including Priority 2 funding at 80%), and Wave 93 for FY 2009 are scheduled for this week.
 *   Clerical and Ministerial Errors.  USAC's PIA procedures for dealing with FY 2011 application errors reflect a strict interpretation of an FCC order on RAL corrections.  A footnote to that order provides greater flexibility with regard to correctable errors.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders - Training.  The FTC's proposed changes to COPPA rules should be noted, but do not directly affect E-rate.   The SLD's annual fall E-rate training begins next week.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated September 16.  Last week's News Brief discusses activities that applicants should be undertaking this fall.
