At least one VoIP provider is promoting bundled telephone sets as fully E-rate eligible. The FCC's position on this stance is currently unclear, but could be precedent setting. * Low-Income, E-Rate, and Digital Literacy. An FCC order designed to modernize the Low-Income program includes a proposal to administer a digital literacy training program through E-rate. * E-Rate Updates and Reminders. The SLD plans to make an increased use of "Under Review" status on FCDLs issued over the next few months. The FCC extended the service delivery deadline for many of the participants in the EDU2011 wireless Internet pilot program to provide a full 12 months of funding support * Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated February 17.
