  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The non-recurring services deadline for FY 2011 is September 30th.  The FCC comment deadline regarding bundled end-user equipment is Monday, September 10th.  Registration for the SLD's fall training in Minneapolis is still open.
  *   Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated September 7.  The SLD's latest News Brief reminded applicants that the summer contact deferral period ended Friday, September 7th.
