  *   Funding Status.  Funding waves for FY 2010, FY 2011, and FY 2012 are scheduled for release this week.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The non-recurring services deadline for FY 2011 is September 30th.  The FCC deadline for submitting comments on "free" bundled end-user equipment is 24th; the deadline for nominations for the USAC Board is October 15th.  Another FCC appeal decision reinforces the FCC position on a 14-day grace period for Form 471 applications.
  *   Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated September 21.  The SLD's latest News Brief discusses the E-rate requirement imposed on service providers to charge applicants no more than the "lowest corresponding price" charged other similarly-situated commercial customers.
