  *   Funding Status.  The FY 2013 application window is now closed. Funding waves are scheduled this week for FY 2011 and FY 2012.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Form 486 deadlines for April include those applications funded in FY 2012 Waves 20-23.  Comments filed on proposed revisions to Form 472, 473, and 474 focused on the need for remittance contact information in the BEAR and on the service providers LCP certification on the SPAC.  Houston ISD has posted a useful video of E-rate compliance training.
  *   SLD News Brief for March 29 - RAL Corrections.  The SLD's latest News Brief discusses the importance of carefully reviewing Form 471 Receipt Acknowledgment Letters ("RALs") and of making corrections as necessary.
