  *   Funding Status.  FY 2014 application window will open January 9th and close March 26th.  Funding waves for FY 2011 and FY 2013 are scheduled this week.  Additionally, over this week and last, USAC will or has issued smaller waves for long-pending applications for FYs 2007-2010.
  *   Form 471 Data Issues for FY 2014.  The revised Form 471 requires the completion of a detailed data table for each broadband FRN.  SECA has raised questions about the form's instructions.
  *   Updates and Reminders.   Form 486s deadlines FY 2013 waves 11-15 will be arising in November and December.   No SLD News Brief was released for the Thanksgiving week.
