Competitive VoIP providers took USAC to task for a decision to fund "free" phones of a competitor without making similar information publicly available. * E-Rate Updates and Reminders. USAC provided further guidance on the eligibility of Web hosting. The SLD's SPIN Contact database has been expanded to include DBA information. Form 486 Urgent Reminder letters were sent to delinquent FY 2012 Wave 1-12 applicants. The last day to post a valid Form 470 for FY 2013 is February 14th.
