  *   Funding Status.  Funding Wave 8 for FY 2013 is scheduled this week.
  *   E-Rate 2.0:  Early Proposals and Comments.  Although the FCC meeting to consider a new E-rate NPRM is not scheduled until July 19th, the White House, the Senate, and other interested parties have already weighed in on proposed changes.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The FCC released a draft of the FY 2014 ESL for comment.  The online Form 470 has been updated for FY 2014.  Only 40 slots remain open for the SLD's fall training.
  *   SLD News Brief. .None last week.
