To date neither the District nor I have not seen such a letter from Willamette Education Service District (WESD) nor can I find it on the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) website. Please forward a copy of the approval letter to erate at woodburnsd.org within the next week. If an approval letter is not provided within the next week I will choice but to contact Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and report the failure of both WESD and ODE's in their respective responsibilities as a Technology Plan Approver (TPA).
