  *   Funding Status.  FY 2014 application window will open January 9th and close March 26th.  Funding waves for FY 2011, FY 2012, and FY 2013 are scheduled by December 2nd.
  *   Form 470 Issues for FY 2014.  Four Form 470 issues are affecting this year's Form 470 filings - required e-mail addresses, a revised form, a broad definition of "RFP," and a restriction on using multiple providers for the same service.
  *   Updates and Reminders.   Form 486s deadlines FY 2013 waves 11-15 will be arising in November and December.
  *   SLD News Brief Dated November 22.  The SLD's latest News Brief discusses the interrelationship between technology plans and Form 470s.
