  *   E-Rate 2.0 NPRM - Other Issues?  The final section of the NPRM covers CIPA, rural designations, CEO, waste-fraud-abuse, WiFI hotspots, and national emergencies.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.   Initial NPRM comments are due Sept. 16.  The revised online BEAR system is now operational.  The FCC issued three appeal decisions approving 52 requests and denying 14 others.
  *   SLD News Brief Dated August 30.  The SLD's latest News Brief reviews service delivery and contract extensions for non-recurring services.
