  *   E-Rate Modernization - Eligible Services List:  The FCC released the draft of the Eligible Services List for FY 2015.  Initial comments are due September 3rd.

o   E-Rate Modernization Comment Periods.

  *   SLD News Brief Dated August 8 - Form 470 for FY 2015:  The SLD's latest News Brief discusses the use of the current "FY 2014" Form 470 to begin the procurement process leading to contracts for FY 2015.  Applicants seeking MTM services must wait for a new version of the Form 470 due out in the early fall.
