EducationSuperHighway's Item 21 Entry Portal is now online. Applicants choosing to use this option need to understand that the Portal helps create Item 21 Attachments, but does not submit them to USAC * Updates and Reminders. Form 470s for FY 2014 must be filed by Wednesday. 25-28 are due in March. USAC has begun adding some short site-visits in connection with its PQA audit program.
