  *   Funding Status:  Funding waves for FY 2012 and FY 2014 are scheduled this week.
  *   E-Rate Modernization - Form 470 for FY 2015:  Pending the release of a new version of the Form 470 later this year, the current "FY 2014" version may be used to procure contract services for FY 2015. A "FY 2015" version of the Form 470, which is not yet available, must be used for all  tariffed and MTM services.
*         Updates and Reminders:
o   E-Rate Modernization Comment Periods.

  *   S&L News Brief Dated September 12 - Category 2 Budgets:  USAC's latest News Brief discusses the new Category 2 budgetary mechanism to allocate maximum Wi-Fi system discounts for individual schools and libraries for FY 2015 and FY 2016.
