  *   FY 2015 Form 471 Application Filing Warning:  The number of FY 2015 Form 471s filed so far is down significantly from the comparable period last year.  Given the new E-rate rules and the complexity of the new online Form 471, applicants are urged to start their Form 471s online ASAP.
