  *   Funding Status:  Funding waves for FY 2012, FY 2013, and FY 2014 are scheduled this week.
  *   FY 2015 Form 471 Application Window Opens Wednesday:  The FY 2015 application window opens at noon EST on January 14th and will close just before midnight EDT on March 26th.  USAC has released Block 4 discount rate templates for both schools and libraries.  Block 5 funding templates should be available this week.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders:
     *   USAC E-Rate Webinars
  *   S&L News Brief Dated January 9 - Funds Available for Carry Forward:  USAC's latest News Brief references late December guidance from the FCC on cash reserve management changes and USAC's revised estimate of funds available for roll-over.  Overall, $5 billion or more in funding should be available for FY 2015.
