  *   Procedural Update on Over-Budget Category 2 Requests: USAC has provided informal guidance on the treatment of Category 2 invoicing that suggests the most flexible approach to resolving over-budget funding requests during PIA review.
  *   Update on USAC's E-Rate Productivity Center, cont.:  Invitations to create EPC accounts can be obtained through CSB.  USAC provides additional instructions on adding consultants to applicant accounts.  Advanced preparation is required before filing a Form 470 for FY 2016.  Mobile apps are available for EPC access.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders:
     *   Reply Comments on the Draft ESL for FY 2016
     *   USAC Fall Applicant Training
  *   S&L News Brief Dated July 10 - Preparing to File a Form 470: USAC's most recent News Brief discusses the steps required to set up an applicant's EPC account in preparation for filing a Form 470 for FY 2016.
