  *   USAC Introduces the E-Rate Productivity Center:  USAC has begun rolling out its new "EPC" portal for applicants, service providers, and consultants.  Email account notifications are being sent in stages to primary contacts who, in turn, will be able to initialize their accounts and authorize additional users with full, partial, or view-only rights.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders:
