<p class="MsoNormal">The Oregon Department of Education is holding several FREE sessions of the
<b>FY2016 e-Rate Procurement Training</b> across the state. We’ll start with a brief overview of the program, but these trainings will primarily focus on the Competitive Bidding Process, RFPs and the Form 470. We’ll talk about how to manage the new C2 funding
budgets, tips to ensure that you conduct a fair and open competitive bidding process, and what resources are available to you to help you maximize your efforts and your BUDGET!<o:p></o:p></p>
