forward with the project, so please answer these questions the best you can. This data will help us to provide better application support and understand the costs of this type of construction and the difficulties that many of our districts may be facing when
trying to increase bandwidth. If you have not filed for Special Construction this year, this will be a very short survey for you. With the 471 deadline fast approaching, please complete this survey as soon as possible so that we can provide timely and appropriate
