[ERB Public Notice List]

We need your input to let us know how we are doing.



Since 2006, the Employment Relations Board has conducted a customer satisfaction survey every two years. We use the information we gather to assess our performance and, where necessary, make changes that will help us better serve the needs of the labor-management community and the public. In addition, the legislature considers the survey results as a factor in its funding decisions.



We will conduct this year's survey online through Survey Monkey. We invite you and your coworkers to participate by going to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PW6C3PM.



The survey will be open until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23rd, 2024. It will take five to ten minutes to complete. The survey results will be provided in our Annual Performance Measures Report later this year.
