                                                                              Notice 2nd Public Meeting


The Employment Relations Board will hold a 2nd public meeting to deliberate and potentially
vote on amendments to Divisions 10 and 35 of the agency's rules (OAR Chapter 115), after
considering any public testimony provided at the May 21, 2025, rulemaking hearing and
any written public comments submitted by 11:00 a.m. on May 21, 2025. The attached notice
and proposed rule amendments are also published to the agency's website<https://www.oregon.gov/erb/Pages/News.aspx>.
