The Employment Relations Board will hold a public meeting to deliberate and potentially vote on whether to begin formal rulemaking (including the opportunity for public comment) on amendments to Division 10 of the agency's rules, as recommended by the agency's Rules Advisory Committee. The notice of meeting and the proposed rule amendment recommendations are attached.
