The public release date for the 2016-17 Special Education Report Card is Wednesday April 4, 2018.  In preparation for that date, technical assistance documents, resource links, and timelines are available below.

●      Each district’s report card is available in English and Spanish.

●       2016-17 Technical Manual for use in calculating and validating your data.

●      Notes for the 2016-17 School District Special Education Report Cards for use in communicating report card information to parents and community members is available in both English and Spanish.

Special Education Report Card Timeline
March 12 - March 23:  District Preview
Drafts of the 2016-17 Special Education Report Cards will be posted on the secure district site for your preview:  https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/.
ODE expects each district to proof its district report. Should the district have questions or concerns regarding their data, the district will provide details of the correction(s) being requested to lisa.bateman at ode.state.or.us<mailto:lisa.bateman at ode.state.or.us>  or (503) 947-5655. ODE is unable change any data that has been submitted and previously validated by the district.  For additional information, please email ODE.SchoolAgeRpt at state.or.us.

March 28:  Final Special Education Report Cards Available to Districts
Final PDF versions of the 2016-17 Special Education Report Cards will be available to districts on the secure district site:  <https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/> https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/.  No changes will be made on or after this date.

All district report cards will be available to the public on the ODE website.  ODE will issue a press release about the Special Education Report Cards.
