<div><font size="3">The Extended Assessment testing window will close on April 27. Districts may continue to enter data through May 19, 2009. Please be aware that the data entry window will close this year on May 19.

In previous years, the Oregon Department of Education has responded to appeals beyond this deadline to accommodate a variety of issues.  However, given that this year districts have a greater need for the June pre-preliminary AYP results to be as accurate as

possible, <b>extensions will not be allowed this year.</b></font></div>
