Attention Fatality Review Coordinators,

Nicole Hagen, Multnomah County Fatality Review Coordinator would like to share with you the following information:

As part of our county fatality team we are sending out the attached letter to all the schools in Multnomah County.  Operation Lifesaver is a national organization.  I worked with Steven Kreins who oversees the Oregon chapter.  At his request, he would like this letter and his information to be passed on to other Oregon child fatality coordinators.  He was hoping that other counties can work with him to have the same or similar information sent out to their schools.
