Child Fatality Review Resource and System Improvement Plan

Thank you for your input and feedback on the Child Fatality Review Resource and System Improvement Plan. We have incorporated your feedback in the attached final version along with timelines for completing each task. We are happy to share this document with you; please share it with any team members who have not received this message.
