Understanding Vicarious Trauma
In Michigan, we've been talking about the toll it takes on everyone, both mentally and physically, to work in the fatality review and prevention space and thinking through how we can best support our partners in this work.
To that point, I wanted to extend an invitation to you - our next free training opportunity on 2/22 from Noon-1:00pm ET will focus on Understanding Vicarious Trauma.
This is part of the Michigan Fatality Review & Prevention (MFRP)<https://mifrp.org/training-opportunities/> quarterly webinar-style learning series that is open to all individuals involved in the fatality review and prevention space. Trainings focus on increasing an individual's familiarity and comfort with salient topics to increase the effectiveness of fatality review discussions, findings, and prevention initiatives as well as address the health and wellbeing of those involved in this work.
