Changing Tides: New Opportunities in Drowning Prevention

Dear CDR colleagues,

The National Center for Fatality Review and Prevention is pleased to announce a webinar opportunity called "Changing Tides: New Opportunities in Drowning Prevention," happening December 18th, from 12:00pm-1:00pm Eastern.

This webinar will provide an overview of a Death Scene Investigation (DSI) pilot project that focuses on preventing drowning fatalities. Several fatality review programs have implemented drowning prevention efforts within their DSI protocols, and two programs will share their experience with the pilot project. Funded opportunities and other benefits for state- and county-level teams are available, and details to join the pilot will be discussed.
