of Reproductive Health has partnered with the <em><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Eunice Kennedy Shriver</span></em> National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), on the Healthy
Native Babies Project. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#0E101A">The </span><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><a href="https://www.nichd.nih.gov/newsroom/news/111623-HNBP">Healthy Native Babies Project</a></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#0E101A">
seeks to reduce the risks of sleep-related death among infants </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">in American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) communities<span style="color:#0E101A">. This effort began in 2002 as part of NIH’s Safe to Sleep campaign. In
partnership with NICHD, CDC will lead the effort to update and disseminate Healthy Native Babies Project materials. CDC will collaborate with AIAN-focused organizations to ensure the voices of AIAN communities are reflected in the updated materials. For current
