to offer personalized facilitation coaching to support CDR and FIMR leaders in facilitating multidisciplinary review meeting discussions. Facilitators from the Michigan Public Health Institute will provide a limited number of one-on-one sessions tailored to
team-specific needs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
