<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">During preparation for the FY24 year-end reporting period, a review of SEFA Assistance Listing Numbers (ALN) was performed. Over 600 ALN were identified as being active on
the RSTARS D40 Grant Category Screen but <i>not</i> active on SAM.gov, the official US Government system for ALN. In addition, records show the identified ALN have not been used by agencies to report either expenditures or revenues during fiscal years 2022
or 2023. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The process to inactivate the ALN on the D40 screen will begin after the close of Month 13 is complete. The attached spreadsheet shows only the ALNs identified for inactivation.
If your agency knows of any reason why an ALN on this list should not be inactivated, please respond to
