[Fit-elevation] FY19 Oregon lidar priorities RFI

Hello,

FEMA Region 10 has requested the OLC provide priority areas for FY19 lidar acquisition. This request will be added to the USGS 3DEP priority funding list for FY19 collection through the USGS Geospatial Product and Service Contract (GPSC).

Attached to this email is a shapefile of the 2014 Oregon Lidar Prioritization Plan which has been clipped to removed lidar coverage in Oregon and planned 2018 lidar collections. Also attached is the current FY19 Prioritization shapefile and a jpeg map.

The FY19 prioritization shapefile (FY19_OREGON_PRIORITIES) is what will be submitted to FEMA who then will pass this onto USGS. Please review the current shapefile and provide any areas that you would like to see added or changed. My initial shapefile shows higher priority areas that most likely are not going to be collected by the OLC in 2018 or 2019.
