[Fit-elevation] Elevation FIT meeting and 3D Nation Survey Discussion

Hello,

I have been asked to push this meeting back due to new developments in the 3D Nation study that was conducted earlier this year. The results of the 3D Nation study will be shared with participants in the near future and I wanted to move the E-FIT meeting back in order to have time to discuss how the results pertain to Oregon. Additionally the FIT FORUM is scheduled for October 15th and I know back to back days of FIT meetings isn't ideal.

I am still working on a full agenda so if there are any topics you would like to discuss, please send me an email.
