[Fit-elevation] Lidar Planning For Wheeler and Grant County

The Oregon Lidar Consortium (OLC) is working on a 2020 3DEP Quality Level 1 lidar collection for the John Day watersheds within Wheeler and Grant County of Oregon.  The OLC would like to setup a meeting to discuss stakeholder lidar needs and begin defining project collection areas.
