online, but that doesn’t mean the answers cannot be changed. Please review the data element answers I have filled out. The answer options for each question are below the rows of data elements in the excel sheet. Please send me a list of questions/answers that
you would like changed and simple reason why they need to be changed. The evaluation needs to be completed by the 14<sup>th</sup>, so send me all comments by Monday afternoon. I will try and post conflicting answer issues to the group for a group decision.
