some time to develop as opposed to a single 2hr meeting. The information and map in the original message below seem to indicate that 3DEP is proposing to only fund or acquire areas where their AOI's match or compliment Oregon's and only at QL2. I think its
very important to understand if that is going to be the selection criteria for them moving forward or is it only for the current cycle.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
