WGA GI Council Members:
 
Thanks for your input last month on the Western Governors' GIS
resolution.  It was adopted by the Governors on June 14th.  See

As I assume you know, the federal government has announced funding
opportunities for broadband infrastructure to underserved areas.  In
addition, they are seeking proposals to map broadband infrastructure.
Please let me know if you know of anyone in your state applying for the
mapping money or if you see a regional role in this area.
