[FIT] OGIC Review Materials correction

Sorry folks, there was a mix-up on the FIT funding recommendations
document in the OGIC Review Materials page this morning.  Vicki
McConnell just brought this to my attention and it has now been
corrected.  Please replace the powerpoint document that you may have
already downloaded from there this morning with the new document that
has now replaced it.
