[FIT] Draft revised Hydrography Standard available for review

The Hydrography Framework Implementation team (FIT) is revising the
current Oregon Hydrography Standard and a draft of version 2 is
available for your review and comment. The comment period will be open
for 45 days and closes April 3rd, 2012. Please address questions and
comments to Bob Harmon.
